Benefit concert slated to help Little Theatre of New Smyrna Beach

Peninsula.
The event will be held 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18 and Saturday, Nov. 19, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20.
Dr. Richard Martorano will conduct this concert featuring Kathleen Lamy Puzzo and Friends to support the Little Theatre and the Worship Arts program at Coronado Community. The concert is free; however an offering will be collected.

Special guests include national recording artist Clay Gatton; Dr. Cyndi Fraser; Shannon McPadden, Rhonda Atkins, and Dr. Sondra Avant, Rob Hebel, David Jenkins, and Martorano's wife, Ann Martorano. They will be accompanied by pianist William Perry and dancer Daniel Walker. Special guest political cartoonist Bruce Beattie will narrate the show.

Little Theatre of New Smyrna Beach will hold auditions in August for 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat'
NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- The New Smyrna Beach Little Theatre will hold auditions from for "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, and Sunday, Aug. 28, at the theater, 726 East Third Ave. on the beachside.
"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" is an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical with lyrics by Tim Rice. The story is based on the "coat of many colors" story of Joseph from the Hebrew Bible's Book of Genesis.

DAYTONA BEACH -- The Art League of Daytona Beach will hold a Wine and Cheese Reception and Fine Art Auction on Saturday Feb. 5, to benefit Lilian Place – the oldest house on Daytona’s beach side.
Admission is free for the 6 to 8 p.m. event held at the League’s Main Gallery, 433 South Palmetto Ave.
Art work by 27 specially selected artists will be featured in a silent auction with a portion of the proceeds donated to the non-profit Heritage Preservation Trust of Volusia County.
