Zone 1 Commissioner Randy Richenberg and challenger Judy Reicher square off at 6:30 p.m., followed by Mayor Sally Mackay and Adam Barringer. This is the third and final citizens candidates debate sponsored by the Public Watch Committee with exclusive video coverage by NSBNEWS.net.
