Osteen pedestrian struck and killed on S.R. 415

OSTEEN -- A 35-year-old man was struck and killed Thursday night by a motorist in a Nissan Altima while trying to cross State Road 415, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The victim, an Osteen resident whose name was being withheld until family members can be notified of his death, was walking west across the highway at 7:10 p.m. and directly into the path of the Nissan driven by a 21-year-old Deltona man. No charges were filed.
