Pub 44 bartender Maria Giordano , 42, was all dressed up for the biker crowd, though it was sparse Saturday with rainfall and cold temperatures. Harold DeCarr of New Smyrna Beach, a parking attendant in front of Pub 44 throws up his hands to demonstrate the impact of the rain: Few motorcycles.
NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- Temperatures barely got above 50 on a mostly-rainy Saturday, making the second of 10 days of Bike Week a washout. On Sunday, however, temperatures are expected to climb to a more seasonable 61 degrees with sunny skies in greater New Smyrna Beach, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service in Melbourne.

Even with a sparse crowd, Pub 4 on State Road 44, across from the NSB Regional Shopping Center, pulled out all the stops, including a live band.
There have been no biker-road fatalities reported so far, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Pub 44 and Bruce Rossmeyer's New Smyrna Beach Harley-Davidson next door are the hub of local Bike Week activities with the main counrty-wide hubs being Main and Beach Streets in Daytona Beach and at Destination Daytona in Ormond Beach, off Interstate 95.
