April 30, 2009: Heather Kristen Frost, 26, Edgewater, possession of a schedule IV substance; Allen Joel Durocher, 20, Edgewater, fleeing and attempted eluding; Frederick Edward Leo Jr., 52, New Smyrna Beach, grand theft; Delbert Jerold Martin, 35, New Smyrna Beach, tampering with evidence; Corey Lee Stickney, 18, Oak Hill, unarmed burglary of an occupied structure.
